Now some say this is not a new phenomenon and rather with recent events like a global pandemic, turbulent economic times, and a hostile political landscape, people are much more vocal about it. Never the less, we are in an employee driven market right now and as entrepreneurs, we now more than ever need to attract and retain the best people for our companies. And that’s what we are going to talk about today with my guest Jocelyne Morin-Nurse.
