There are three main ingredients to any successful business: People, Processes, and the product or service they provide. I think that people are the keystone of all three because without great people, you cannot build a great company. But it seems like fixing 'people problems' takes an enormous amount of time and money. I know I have had my challenges with finding and retaining the best in the industry. Most small businesses do as we compete against enterprise behemoths. So the question we are going to answer today is how to overcome the challenges of recruiting and retaining an optimum team. 

To help me tackle the subject is my friend Ronda Robinson, who is a talent optimization strategist. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development and helps companies align their people strategy with their business strategy to maximize and retain employees.
