Technical Support Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our technical support service. Please review the following terms and conditions which govern the technical support requests for our marketing services including website development, social media marketing, search marketing, marketing strategy, graphic design, printing services, and other related marketing activities.

1. Hourly Rate: All technical support requests are billed at an hourly rate of $139. This rate applies to the time spent on any service request unless a different rate is specified in a separate work agreement or the support request involves issues that fall under the exceptions noted below.

2. Exceptions to Hourly Billing: Technical support requests that involve issues directly related to a WordPress core or plugin bug, malware, or hack that are covered under an active Buzzhost subscription will not be subject to the standard hourly rate. These issues will be addressed as part of the Buzzhost subscription without additional charge.

3. Minimum Billing Time: The minimum time period billable for any technical support service provided is 15 minutes. Time spent beyond this minimum will be billed in one-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.

4. Billing and Payment: Invoices for technical support services will be issued following the completion of the service and are payable upon receipt.

5. Service Scope: Technical support provided under these terms includes but is not limited to troubleshooting, problem-solving, and operational assistance in the areas of our service offerings. Requests outside of these specified services may require a separate agreement or may be subject to different terms and conditions.
